Mentorship Program
Mentorship is an extremely effective way for staff and students to develop new skills, navigate diverse scenarios and understand how to deal with people and challenges. Learning these skills is not always through your own experience, but through that of a mentor- who based on their own experiences can guide you skillfully through the journey of life.
At NLA, we appreciate that all our success will not be internal, and as such we have set up a mentoring program that all of you who may have something to share to make our family more versed and better prepared for tomorrow can sign up to work with us. We are thus calling on career advisors, academic advisors, corporate and community leaders, life-skill coaches, parents, big brothers and sisters to volunteer their time to mentor and be part of the transformation we seek in the NLA family.
