Being a Learner centred institution with a heavy focus on experiential learning, NLA has an elaborate coaching and mentorship program geared towards aligning the staff and students to the real world. NLA will therefore invite people from outside the student & faculty body to sow into the growth of the students. Each student and staff member MUST be involved in such a relationship.
The volunteer coaches and mentors are well accomplished persons in various industries and career platforms, and have been carefully selected to ensure only persons credible moral & ethical standing interact with the students.
